Been here three times for the same problem caused AFTER
Been here three times for the same problem caused AFTER an oil change. The fact that I’m denied a loaner car is unprofessional. I now have to sit for who knows how long for someone to tell me that the diagnostic showed nothing and to give me my car back all for it to happen again.

In the past I have felt like my keys were taken and I had been kidnapped for a painstaking amount of time with no end result. Not the case this time. Greg was honest, upfront and so easy to deal with. I will go back for my next vehicle—but I don’t know when that will be! I love this one too much 😊!

They damaged my vehicle and then pretended that they didn’t. Even though we have before and after pictures, horrible experience which will cost me 1000 to repair, sick of these liars . If a mistake happens , that’s fine but don’t yell and get abrasive with customers. I didn’t even know Michael Santallana was a manager after he was yelling at me. I had to speak with about 5 guys at the same time trying to frustrate me, so I called the police and filled out a report so I will take this to court. It’s amazing this kind of aggressive service still exist as if there will be no solution. I don’t know these guys nor do I think they purposely damaged me genesis, but if your service dept made a mistake , simply fix it instead of acting like fake detectives and being rude. I won’t argue , look at the before and after picture, even rob realized the damaged but couldn’t speak up because the mag angers were being overbearing. Smh it’s not a perfect world but this is not how u treat people, I’ll never refer nor purchase another vehicle from these xxxxx again.

The absolute worst service department ever!
The absolute worst service department ever! I will never return for anything. The utter lack of communication and complete disregard for a customer’s time was unreal. Service Advisor Evelio Martinez was always too busy or just never returned a call as promised. Service Advisor/“Assistant Manager” Cristobal Vidal claimed that the system used to create quotes had been down but he was magically able to produce a price for the work that needed to be done manually after I had been requesting this for a week. My car was there for 10 days without a WRITTEN explanation of what the diagnostic test revealed or even a WRITTEN quote of the work that need to done to fix the problems. I would give a zero rating if I could.

I signed a lease for a Tucson, the dealership cancelled the lease and told me they were going to cancel with Hyundai Financial. They never cancelled. I ended up without a car, with collection letters and damaged my credit. I call Hyundai Finance and they tell me the dealership didn't cancel. I went to the dealership and they insist they cancelled it. Meanwhile I keep getting letters and calls from collectors

I was very clear of the color I wanted my new vehicle, (the same gray of my old car). I was not surprised when I was told that they found a flaw with the new car when it was getting cleaned. REALLY?!! I didn't say anything but I knew better. Also, I was paying more than my monthly payments and was not surprised when my monthly payments was going to be more than the $450. I was trying to pay. I think when trying to work out a plan that supposedly work out for the betterment of everyone, there is a little thing called honesty. ..

I made an appointment to purchase my lease. I had done all the necessary steps to purchase the lease. Upon arrival at 11am , they did not know who i was or why i was there. A sales rep started to do the paperwork again after an hour or so of waiting. He said he would give it to the finance department. we were in disagreement about all the additional fees . We waited for an hour or so and no one called us in to finalize the purchase. I saw the sales rep and asked him how much longer do we have to wait. he said I thought you were finished. he went to investigate what happened and came back to tell me that the finance guy was not feeling well so he went home and did not inform anyone and the paperwork was sitting on his desk. Eventually they gave the paperwork to a finance rep in the Subaru dept to complete. We were there until 3.30pm. This experience of unprofessionalism and indifference of this dealer is not acceptable. I will never purchase a car from this dealer. Beware of all the promotions they send you , when you call to ask questions about the promotion they give you a lame excuse and try to sell you something else....!!!

They should have better communication in the service dept, finally I waited 18 days no AC in Florida got there and was told there's a misunderstanding with your appt.I refused to leave I had all communication with phone calls, text and confirmation,with appt & loaner finally they took my car,but no loaner refused to leave without one!! I told them call Neela and tell her I want her car !! They got me a loaner 😂 I think 18 days no AC is absolutely unacceptable. My SUV is 3 yrs old with 5400 miles.They need to do better.Thank God for Andrew he stepped up and helped me.Dawn in the service dept is not a people person!! Neela was great

Beware!
Beware! I could not have had a worse experience and it's not over! I had an appointment on 2/14/23 related to 2 recall notices for my Santa Fe. The "check engine" light was also on and the service rep noted it (on paper but not in the computer). I waited for a loaner but it never came so after 2 hours they called a Lyft. The next day when I called I was told the car was ready. I got dropped off the following day (2/16) by my wife who left (since my car was "ready"). After a 20-30 minute wait they pulled up my car. I was told that my service rep (Sam) was at lunch so they would email me the receipt. When I got in the car the "check engine" light was still on, so they took it back to investigate. An hour later I was told it appeared NONE of the work was done (not even the 2 recall notices!!). I was promised a loaner but 90 minutes later (after 3 1/2 hours of waiting) they said none were available and again I was called a Lyft. I ended up renting a car from Avis for $300 that weekend. I was called on 2/22 that the car was ready and went to get it the following day 2/23. The rep (manager) named Dawn recognized me (I suppose from being there 4 times in a 9 day period) and I explained the history to her. She was apologetic and said she would have the car brought immediately and personally would make sure the "check engine" light (and recall) work was done. To her credit, she was standing next to me when I got in the driver's seat to make sure all was good. I told her "You're not gonna believe it, but the check engine light is still on." She saw for herself, apologized again, and she said would get the bottom of things -and get me a loaner so I could be on my way. Sam was there too and also promised me a loaner. In the meantime, a tech supervisor named Allen attempted to trouble shoot the issue right there in the service driveway with the computer hooked up. He got the check engine light to turn off. He then showed me the oil level was "super low" (5 quarts) and maybe that was related. I told him the service tech had noted low oil level also so why wouldn't they address that before call me that the car was ready? I asked him to do the oil change right then since I had had such a bad experience so far. He said no they couldn't. When I got in to leave, the check engine light was now flashing! Allan said he's not seen that before. I finally got a loaner but it took more than 2 hours. On 2/27 my "new" service rep Santiago called and told me the car needs 3 new fuel injectors, new spark plugs, and a fuel system flush for $2,300. (1) This is major engine work for a car with 63,500 miles - conveniently 3,500 miles out of warranty (2) When Allan hooked up the computer (in front of me) he said nothing about any diagnostic codes related to fuel injectors and (3) I asked Santiago why the car would lose 5-6 quarts of oil and if that issue had been addressed? Because it's either an oil leak or the engine is burning copious amounts of oil. (Basic research shows synthetic oils can go 5-10k miles before replacement.) Santiago was going to look into this "oil" issue and get back to me. That was early on 2/27. I called him at 5 pm the same day and left a message. I called 2/28 around 4-5 pm and left a message. I called 11 am on 3/2 and left a message. I called both Santiago and Chris Vidal the service manager at 11 am on 3/3 and left messages. I called both again today (Saturday) at 11 am and 4 pm and left messages. All messages were voicemail. Here I sit, 19 days after bringing the car in, with no diagnosis as to why my car was so low on oil, and whether that was related to the "check engine" light or (alleged) ultimate diagnosis of (3 of 6) bad fuel injectors. At this point, I'm just looking for a return call so I can decide what to do. I would estimate I was in the service department waiting room a total of 12 hours over my 3 or 4 trips there, which doesn't count my next trip there.

I had to trade in my 2020 Elantra under distress I was having many issues with the car which should not had the issues being it was a 3 year old car. I did all the maintenance in time so I do belong the car was a lemon in the beginning and I don’t believe it was inspected properly. I now have a 2023 Elantra in which I’m starting all over with new car payments and at the senior citizen age I am I didn’t want to be forced to get another car. Im scheduled to retire next year and I wanted to be half way done with payments. I found a lot of loop holes in the service department in which I’m not a happy customer. Over all I believe the dealership has its issues and need to be fixed to be a better dealership. I can go on and on but I’m going to stop here. I don’t believe I will get any feedback on my issues so I thank the company for allowing me to share the little experience on here.

I can only imagine how busy she is and how many customers she deals with on a daily basis I give her kudos for dealing with some tough people out there, especially myself I wasn’t easy on her. But at the end of the day she came through and she doesn’t deserve anything less than five stars.

But it seems to me that Neela ahmadzai the customer relations manager for Lehman Hyundai Genesis genuinely cares about customers. She stayed on top of my request and concern. And kept myself and my wife updated throughout the whole process. She gave us a full free tank of gas and they complete detail. Due to lack of care of old management. I highly recommend the new service department that they have available. Great job.

i cant get a license plate for my car, nobody follows up, nobody answers the phone. When you call you go into a loop and eventually they hang up. They are really good with follow up when they want you to buy the car but radio silence once they got my money. if i would have known service would be so crappy i would have ordered a car from another dealer and waited. Sales person was very nice and trying to help but the rest of the company is terrible. I guess they don't car about clients. I'll make sure the service goes to another Hyundai dealer rather let them make the money than give another penny to Lehman.

Hi, i want to share my experience with driveway trade in my Mazda cx-5 ce 2022 18400 miles with a ionic 5 SEL new. I live in south Florida and my closest dealer is Lehman Hyundai that I don’t recommend to anyone. They are thieves and i am gonna explain why. With driveway everything went smooth, 26700 for my trade in and difference with all the taxes fees and registration i had to give cash 11153 Usd. Someone call me and upload all the papers and pictures of the car that i was selling and after given 500 deposit the car locked. I choose to not deliver the car but to go to pick it up from the dealer. The next day the dealer called me and told me the car is ready and to come to fill up the papers and to pick it up. I choose ionic 5 mostly of the discounts that has right now. -9000 price adjustment and - 5000 until July 5. When i arrived at the dealer the person called me told me everything is alright except a mistake on the price that driveway didn’t know. The extra add on of the car that is cost 3099. And what is that add on ? Paint protection nitrogen and some other things i never asked for. So i say ok and and the lady went to wash the car and sent me to ign the papers. Now the guy from the finance told me that the girl made a mistake and the 3099 add on is 3999 Usd. So i just left. This is the reason Tesla sells like crazy and you see now so many ionic 5 on the parking lot. I complained to driveway and see what will happen. Far away for this dealer Lehman Hyundai in Miami Gardens.

The service at Lehman Hyundai was fraudulent, misleading,
The service at Lehman Hyundai was fraudulent, misleading, reported falsely to CarFax. The work was NEVER PERFORMED on my used vehicle that I purchased from them. On the service report they stated that they used an STPS3614 branded oil filter but took my vehicle to Gary Yeomans Ford in Daytona when the oil maintenance light came back on, less than a 1,000 miles from service and they took out a Ford Branded filter not the STPS3614 that they said they did. They also jeopardized my safety by stating that the vehicle had been fully serviced and it was in critical need of brake fluid flush because it was filled with contaminents and dirt. Brought it up to the dealerships attention and they told me that they do not report to CarFax. Like really? I have the report of it right here. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! They have no problem charging you and not doing the work. #scammers #fraudsters @Hyundai

Went there for specific vehicle but they couldn't find the key. Spotted another, and ended up buying it. Very uncomfortable room, no water. They applied every single trick in regards of building price of that vehicle and at the same time downgrading my trade in. Finance guy missed to mention that they will not pay off my car ,probably till they sell it . It took almost 30 days. The day after my battery was dead. Couldn't get anyone on the phone especially David. AAA guy said buttery is almost dead. Dealership wanted me to bring car do they can replace battery free of charge. But it can not start so they said it will cost me more then $500 To tow it. The most deceiving dealership I have ever dealt. The worst thing is, you can not get anybody on the phone unless you are interested to buy. Disgusting

The entire process was difficult and painful. The people we worked with provided us with inaccurate information about our trade-in vehicle and tried to tell us that we would need to pay the difference between our residual value and the car’s current market value in order to get out of our lease. I called my financial institution and they admitted that this was wrong and a wild suggestion. We almost closed the deal and were in the process of signing papers when some other financial manager decided we couldn’t move forward because they hadn’t received the sale price from the bank, since they were closed. This would have been fine if they had told us that from the start, rather than after we had already been there for hours and thought we were about to leave with a car. There were more frustrating moments with poor communication and misinformation. All together a terrible experience with ill informed sales people.

Regrettably, on the same day of purchase, while salesman Luis Torres drove and I rode as a passenger to the gas station, we discovered that the air conditioner was not functioning properly. Luis Torres assured me that this issue would be addressed immediately. In good faith, I promptly reported the problem to the Lehman Hyundai service center. On July 6, 2023, I returned to the dealership, where I sat in the office with Luis Torres while the service center filled the car with dyed Freon in an attempt to resolve the air conditioning problem. I was also told to inform them if the air conditioning stopped working again. Unfortunately, this temporary solution proved ineffective, as the dyed Freon only lasted about a week before it started seeping out of the vents, causing the air conditioner to stop working entirely. This left me in an uncomfortable and unsafe position, especially given the scorching hot weather conditions prevalent in south Florida. In my quest for a resolution, I reached out to Luis Torres on July 17, 2023, seeking further assistance. However, he assured me he would get back to me, and since then, he has not answered any of my calls or provided any support. This prolonged and unresolved air conditioning issue has significantly disrupted my daily routine, affecting both my personal and professional life. Driving without a functional air conditioner in such extreme weather conditions poses risks to my well-being. During the vehicle purchase process, I was promised by Luis Torres that any necessary repairs would be addressed promptly, and I would be provided with a loaner vehicle to minimize any inconvenience. However, these commitments have been left unfulfilled, leaving me without a satisfactory resolution and without any assistance in the form of a loaner vehicle. As a valued customer, I have always admired Hyundai for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. However, this unfortunate experience has eroded my confidence in the brand's dedication to after-sales support.

The service at Lehman Hyundai was fraudulent, misleading, reported falsely to CarFax. The work was NEVER PERFORMED on my used vehicle that I purchased from them. On the service report they stated that they used an STPS3614 branded oil filter but took my vehicle to Gary Yeomans Ford in Daytona when the oil maintenance light came back on, less than a 1,000 miles from service and they took out a Ford Branded filter not the STPS3614 that they said they did. They also jeopardized my safety by stating that the vehicle had been fully serviced and it was in critical need of brake fluid flush because it was filled with contaminents and dirt. Brought it up to the dealerships attention and they told me that they do not report to CarFax. Like really? I have the report of it right here. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! They have no problem charging you and not doing the work. #scammers #fraudsters @Hyundai

I was able to get a hold of the customer relations manager, Neela. As soon as I got her on the phone, I realize that I was a great hands. She is relentless she is definitely for the customer. I can only imagine how busy she is and how many customers she deals with on a daily basis I give her kudos for dealing with some tough people out there, especially myself I wasn’t easy on her. But at the end of the day she came through and she doesn’t deserve anything less than five stars.

My vehicle was towed to Lehman Hyundai on 8/16/2023. Dewis Avila was the gentlemen who took my keys and a form he had me to complete about my vehicle and what the problem was. He said it would be ~ 2 weeks or sooner to hear back from him. I have not heard anything about my vehicle and many calls to the service department for a status have been unsuccessful. Using the information on the business card for Dewis, by phone (the first number goes to a voicemail that says Subaru of North Miami; and the other phone number has a voicemail of someone else) e-mails are kicked back as undeliverable. Brandon pretty much gave me the brush off when I spoke with him on 8/28/2023. "Andy" was the only one who told me the system showed "in progress" for my vehicle 8/29/2023 and was very apologetic for the lack of communication. Andy said he would get a message to Henry, Service Manager to contact me which has not happened. This is the worst experience I have had with a Hyundai dealership. No communication at all and this is unacceptable.

My wife SUV has been in service department for nearly two months and we has gotten any type resolution to her repairs. To make maters worse, her car has sustained further damages twice at while this facility, I bought her a New 2020 palisade 2019, which was sold on the fact the Lehman provide a worry and hassle free environment..We very disappointed in the management team and level of professionalism which we has encountered at Lehman Hyundai.

They should have better communication in the service dept, finally I waited 18 days no AC in Florida got there and was told there's a misunderstanding with your appt.I refused to leave I had all communication with phone calls, text and confirmation,with appt & loaner finally they took my car,but no loaner refused to leave without one!! I told them call Neela and tell her I want her car !! They got me a loaner 😂 I think 18 days no AC is absolutely unacceptable. My SUV is 3 yrs old with 5400 miles.They need to do better.Thank God for Andrew he stepped up and helped me.Dawn in the service dept is not a people person!! Neela was great

I was literally about to give up on their poor quality of service until one day I received a phone call from Neela. Not only was she able to promptly assist me and my mother, but also went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. Anytime I want to go to the dealership I reach out to her directly and she takes care of everything for us. Such an easy smooth process. I wish everyone had work ethics like she does.
